This 21″ x 2.15″ chopper spool wheel is easy on the wallet and friendly on the eyes. It features a slick, smooth rim without any ribs and a no-frills spool hub. The 21″ spool wheel has 3/4″ sealed bearings and measures 3.125″ wide at the hub. Features chrome-plated rim and hub. The wheel arrives pre-laced, trued and ready to run. Spoke wheels need to be tightened and re-trued after the first 500 miles of use.
